Brand Re-fresh + Website
Ending Violence Association of British Columbia works collaboratively to improve prevention and response systems that support communities impacted by gender-based violence, harassment and hate. Focused primarily on helping members with tools, resources, training, networking and advocacy for whatever they need to be most effective in responding to gender-based violence.
The challenge of this rebrand was the request to keep the original logo. The design solution was to take the logo in a new direction by updating the font and re-typesetting the icon. The legacy of the original logo was honoured, while the new design elements more currently express the organization’s mission-oriented growth—founded in smart, knowledgeable, and collaborative teamwork. A new colour palette and a library of brand-centric photography support the refreshed and more modern identity. From there, the creative team designed and programmed a new website for the organization.
